Steve Ram has over 2 decades of experience helping clients get stronger & stay fit. Steve is a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association C.S.C.S (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), Precision Nutrition L1 & L2 Coach.
Resolute Training was founded to help former athletes sustain strength, resilience, and physical capability long after their competitive years.
After overcoming chronic back pain myself, I developed a training approach focused on longevity, intelligent programming, and efficient performance training.
For over two decades I’ve worked with athletes and high-performing individuals who demand more from their training than generic fitness programs can provide.
